About Eat . Whey . Love

Welcome to Eat . Whey . Love. We’re two individuals that love deadlifts and squats. We also love chocolate and donuts. Occasionally we give up the latter and use the former to compete in shows. More often than not we’ll go on week long eating adventures and regret nothing. We’ve learned that fitness and food can coexist beautifully. Living a healthy lifestyle should be fun and fulfilling and we’re passionate about this. We want to share some of this passion with all of you. We hope you enjoy!
