Ketogenic Diet 

We have never done a keto diet. However, it’s been gaining momentum over the past year or so. We’re both super interested in it but don’t know if we can give up those donuts just yet. That doesn’t mean we can’t do some research and learn more about it. Here are some articles that we have found interesting.

– Skinny Taste

Gina Homolka manages to take the calories out of meal favorites without sacrificing any of the flavor. Skinny Taste has been our ‘Go To’ on the weekends when we want to try a new recipe but want to make sure we’re staying in track. Her website is easy to navigate and the recipes are easily categorized for every dietary need: vegetarian, paleo, gluten free, low carb, etc..
